As Europex Rent A Car, we would like to share the current terms and conditions of your car rental process with you, our valued customers, in order to improve our service quality and prevent any potential misunderstandings.
All car rental operations are carried out in accordance with the Turkish Travel Agencies Law (Law No. 1618) and the Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 4077).
You can view a variety of different car models on our website and easily choose the option that best suits your needs. Descriptions, technical specifications, and rental conditions for each car model are provided in detail. We recommend carefully reviewing all details of the relevant vehicle before making a reservation.
Our company reserves the right to make changes to reservation details based on vehicle availability. Although rare, due to technical issues or operational reasons, it may not be possible to deliver the vehicle. In such cases, we will contact you and offer an alternative vehicle of equivalent or higher segment.
If your rental reservation is canceled by our company and you have made a prepayment, the full amount you paid will be refunded. If the cancellation request is from you and prepayment was made, the payment will be fully refunded if the cancellation is notified at least 3 days before the rental date.
For cancellations made within the last 3 days, 50% of the total payment will be refunded. Unfortunately, no refunds can be made for cancellations on the day of vehicle delivery.
If you wish to reschedule your reservation or request a vehicle change, we will be happy to accommodate your request if it is notified at least 48 hours before the rental day.
Direct online payments or sales are not available on Europexrentacar.com. Our website serves to promote our car rental services and accept reservation inquiries. Payments are made either at the time of delivery or through our authorized staff.
Prices can be displayed in Turkish Lira. However, due to exchange rate fluctuations, especially for long-term reservations, the payment method and amount may be updated on the delivery date. Our company reserves the right to request payment in foreign currency on the payment day.

Matters that cannot be resolved through mutual agreement between the parties will be subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and the courts and enforcement offices of Antalya will have jurisdiction. By making any reservation, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
