All car rental transactions are carried out in accordance with the Turkish Travel Agencies Law (Law No. 1618) and the Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 4077).
Through our website, you can view a variety of car models and easily choose the one that best suits your needs. Descriptions, technical specifications, and rental terms for each car model are provided in detail. We recommend that you carefully review all details of the vehicle before making a reservation.
Our company reserves the right to make changes to the reservation details depending on vehicle availability. In rare cases, due to technical issues or operational reasons, it may not be possible to deliver the car. In such a case, you will be contacted and an alternative vehicle of equivalent or higher category may be offered.
If your rental reservation is canceled by our company and you have made a prepayment, the amount you paid will be fully refunded.
If the cancellation request is made by you and a prepayment has been made, if the cancellation is notified at least 3 days before the rental date, the payment will be fully refunded.
For cancellations made within the last 3 days, 50% of the total payment will be refunded. Unfortunately, no refund can be made for cancellations made on the day of car delivery.
If you wish to reschedule your reservation or request a vehicle change, we would be happy to accommodate your request if notified at least 48 hours before the rental date.
Online payments or direct sales are not made through Europexrentacar.com. Our website serves to promote our car rental services and to take reservation inquiries. Payments are made either at the time of delivery or through our authorized personnel.
Prices may be displayed in Turkish Lira. However, due to fluctuations in exchange rates, the payment method and amount may be updated on the delivery date, especially for long-term reservations. Our company reserves the right to request payment in foreign currency on the payment day.

In cases where disputes between the parties cannot be resolved amicably, the matter will be subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Antalya will have jurisdiction. By making any reservation, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
